ORDER INFORMATION:
Once you have placed your order via e-mail, we will send
you confirmation and payment details.
Custom
made garments, will be manufactured on receipt of payment.
Please
allow 3 – 4 weeks for custom orders to be completed.
All orders
will be shipped via Express Post unless previous arrangements have been made to
collect.
We welcome
international orders. Please e-mail us
with your order and we will confirm details and payment terms.
Returns:
Once a
custom garment is completed, no returns are accepted, except in extenuating
circumstances which will be
at the sole discretion of Dakota Blue Western Wear.
Guarantee:
Dakota
Blue Western Wear will not repeat the same design or colour
for custom made within an age group in a given breed.
Alterations:
Please try
on all orders as soon as possible.
Reasonable alterations are provided at no cost, but you must notify us
within 2 weeks of receiving your order or alteration and shipping costs
will be billed.
